I believe a faculty is a facilitator for ensuring complex topics are made simple to understand and learning should be fun with real world examples, I understand communication is great barrier In India ,as classroom instructions are taken in crowded atmosphere and language medium not being English for many students, hence with me learning gets fun and hold keys towards providing self development tools and career tips.
