My working method consists first of all in knowing the person with whom I work in order to identify their needs, skills and difficulties. Then, we will have to determine together the objectives to be achieved and a regular and realistic pace of work in order to establish a work program. It will then be a question, depending on the level and the needs of the pupil, to build together the teaching which will suit him best, for example, to put the accent on exercises or on revision sheets, to debate around works or literary or philosophical questions, or even to increase the culture of the pupil by giving him references and the tools to analyze them. As I do not believe that a good methodology is one-sided, the content of my courses varies according to the needs of the other.
