About Michel
I have trained in martial arts for almost 40 years and have been teaching for 30. I have competed in full contact kickboxing, MMA, and a number of other full-contact sports. I worked as a bouncer for over a decade and I teach only proven martial arts techniques.

My teaching methodology is based on hard work and proven results. No one learns martial arts well without effort and time. I normally teach adults but I have worked with kids as well. Most of what I teach is aimed at being practical and useful in actual fighting. I have a background in history as well so that I often include the historical basis for the various lessons when there is interest.
