About Janell
I’ve been a private voice teacher for 10 + years! My undergrad degree is in music education and my master of music is in vocal performance. I am a choral director and a worship leader! I want to help you gain tools to be a consistent, healthy, and smart singer! I also LOVE music theory. If you’re learning piano or voice and need assistance with the practicality of music theory, I’m your gal!

Mrs. Lewis is a trusted and very good voice teacher. She meets individual’s specific needs and is very growth focused instead of perfection focused. She is clear with her expectations but is warm and kind during the learning process. She is also very flexible and extremely knowledgeable on a variety of areas a singer might want to grow in. I personally grew a lot when I took from her for about 4 years and that set me up to feel ready for Music School in college.
She helped me with my voice as a musical theatre student and i have improved SOOO MUCH!! She is incredible and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! She is very easy to work with, as well as just a very kind person!
