I believe that building a strong foundation allows any one looking to be a chef to become flexible and adaptable when they start their careers. In this dynamic and fast paced environment it's imperative that chefs be quick to adapt. Which is why my lessons will involve building the foundation followed by brainstorming to understand how the foundation is applied to varied situations. As the courses differ from university to University, but the foundation remains the same.
