As far as I know Punam has started teaching Yoga at young age and after taking few sessions I hv come to know that she is ofcourse a good tutor but along with that I believe she has 'never give up' attitude which makes her more confident and enthusiastic. She has an aura of positivity n calmness around her. Its great to practice Yoga and meditation seshs with her.

And having a wonderful experience whiel taking yoga through online media. Punam has fabulous and passionate yoga trainer.
First of all she is great in yoga which is the one quality which is needed the most.
She is also good in explaining things in simpler way so that its easy to understand also she understands the benifits of what she is doing and i think she will do great giving it to her studentsShe is a very good teacher... I had back problems and she helped me alot.
