About Violeta
My name is Violeta, I am from Madrid, Spain currently living in Southampton, England
I started tutoring in 2010, while I was studying. I kept doing it because it is what I enjoy the most, as I find very rewarding helping students with their language skills and specially the confidence needed to fluently speak a new language.

I am an engaging and flexible tutor, passionate about teaching and languages. My father was an amazing professor (now retired) and I keep learning a lot from him.
If you want to learn Spanish with me, we will usually have one hour lessons, personalised and tailored to your needs.
I want you to have fun and enjoy the learning process.
We will see bits of grammar and vocabulary and we will use it in conversation. My approach is mainly communicative, as I believe that learning a language successfully comes through having to communicate real meaning.
I have experience teaching all levels from absolute beginners to proficient. I also teach children from age 9 to adults age +60.
