About John
As a Math professional I take much seriousness in how I treat others and the seriousness that's taken in learning. I believe that sometimes there can be times of humor, but I believe the focus should be on learning. I believe that every student can be successful, as long as the goals are realistic. I have taught for almost 5 years as a teacher, have tutored throughout the years, have young children that I homeschool, and also help my teenage sister with tutoring. I believe that I would be of a great benefit to any student.

I am a very patient individual who doesn't give up on the students. I am silly, youthful, creative, humorous, and push the students. I come up with analogies, different kinds of ways to teach, and also use a variety of activities. It is important for me that the information be relatable to their knowledge and experiences so that the students can understand it. Most of my tutoring is for high school students or lower, but I can teach college level and adult age students as well.
