About Salomi
I am a Mathematics Student, I’ve finished 2nd year at University, and now I’m doing a placement year at the Pensions Regulator. My interest in Maths began at GCSE and I loved it even more throughout A-levels! I’m happy to help with any type of Maths for students up to A-level standard.

My teaching method is massively consisting of past papers and example questions as I believe they’re the best for practice. I’ll begin by understanding what you need help with, then explaining the backgrounds of the topic so you understand why and what it is we are aiming to solve, then we’ll do a few examples together where I’ll explain every step that must be included in the calculation, and end the session with you doing 1 example on your own. Based on your progress and the teaching methodology suitable especially for you, I will give you some homework and practice questions starting with easy questions and working towards difficult ones. Finally, in the homework there will be a challenge exercise for you to complete. At any time throughout the homework, I’m more than happy to help so just message me and I’ll explain what to do next without giving away the answer ;)
