I am a recent graduate from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors in Economics. Currently working at a fintech start-up in Seattle, WA. I enjoy both Math and Writing. During my free time I like to watch Netflix, Pen spin, and Beat-box.

All students are indiviuduals with their own unique ways of understanding and learning material. As I primarily tutor Algebra, I believe that the first 5-6 years of elementary-level mathematics should be devoted to developing a keen understanding of the mathematical process and pattern recognition that builds the foundation for understanding Algebra and other higher-level mathematics. As a tutor, I like to build upon these foundations and teach not only mathematical formulas and practice problems, but to also provide my students with the ability to understand where these formulas come from and how they are ultimately derived (leading to a better understanding of the material overall).
