About Dave

Hi, I'm Dave...and I love Mathematics! I think it is a very interesting subject, and you'll think so too very soon. Most students see Mathematics as difficult due to teachers who did not have time to address basics and ensure a smooth transition to other topics. I teach Mathematics to correct that. I enjoy teaching Mathematics, and you can rest assured you will thoroughly enjoy learning Mathematics with a few sessions. I teach the subject in a variety of ways, and examples are tailored to your location and are relatable. I am passionate about helping students see Mathematics as easy and fun to solve.

About the lesson

Differentiated Instructions and Lessons: I adapt to my student's learning styles and ensure all my examples relate to each student, beginning with the basics. The classes are interactive and engaging, with a focus on ensuring there's a full understanding of the processes and steps involved in each topic. I have 10+ years of tutoring experience. Classes typically last for 1-2 hours.

I also incorporate stories into learning when necessary. This helps the students understand the lessons better and see Mathematics classes as fun. I am very positive about the improvement of my students, and my positivity is certain to rub off on you in my class.

Dave is a really great Mathematics Tutor. I had the opportunity to get tutored by Dave for my SAT exam and his teaching was really helpful because it helped me get a score of 700 out of 800 in the SAT Mathematics section leading me to secure a scholarship at a U.S. university. I am currently in my Junior year at Fisk University in the US and I can’t stop to appreciate the great mathematics foundation Dave laid for me.
