My teaching approach for Mathematics is focused on trigonometric functions and their graphical behavior. I begin with definitions of trigonometric functions using unit circle, including domain, range, and periodicity. I teach graphing sine, cosine, tangent, cotangent, secant, and cosecant functions, including transformations like amplitude, period, phase shift, and vertical shift. I cover inverse trigonometric functions, including domains, ranges, and properties, with step-by-step methods for solving problems. I also cover applications in physics, engineering, and navigation. I use visual aids like graphs and unit circle diagrams to make concepts clearer. I provide detailed notes, formula sheets, and practice worksheets. I assign homework that includes both graphing problems and application-based questions. I conduct weekly quizzes to track progress. I maintain a progress log and adjust my teaching pace based on individual needs. My goal is to help you master trigonometric functions and their applications.
