About Matt
I graduated in June 2020 from Strathclyde University with a 1st Class BSc (Hons) in Maths and started tutoring in September 2020. I've already had success and very positive feedback from a few students and their parents. I am based in Cumbernauld, can travel to students, and am available to help with all secondary school level maths up to and including Advanced Higher. I also have a PVG certificate and experience working with children of all ages from 4 years of volunteering in the Boys' Brigade.

I have always enjoyed maths and find it very rewarding to help others improve their understanding. I find it important to get to know the student and focus on the subjects/topics they struggle most with by explaining them in simpler, less technical terms. I'm a patient person and willing to spend as long as needed on any topic.
