I am a senior leader specializing in setting complex projects and asset-intensive operations up for success — from early opportunity shaping and pre-construction strategy through to operational performance, governance, and long-term value delivery.
With more than 20 years’ experience across construction, infrastructure, ports, aviation, and utilities, I bring a front-to-back perspective that connects early strategic decisions with downstream delivery, safety, reliability, and commercial outcomes.

I work with learners of all ages and backgrounds, helping them develop skills they can use immediately. I can teach from junior officer level to director level. I am both expeinceal and adedemically trained this allows me to have a level of understandong of situations and enviroments to help student learn.
