My Teaching Approach
1. Learner-Centered --
I focus on where the learner is right now—their background, goals, and learning style—and build from there. I avoid assuming prior knowledge unless it's clear, and I adapt explanations based on how someone best understands things (e.g., visuals, examples, step-by-step logic).
2. Active Learning--
I ask questions, give practical examples, and encourage people to apply what they’re learning. I believe the best way to learn something is to use it—so I integrate small exercises, quizzes, or prompts when helpful.
How I Share My Knowledge
Conversationally: I try to keep things friendly, respectful, and interactive—teaching feels more natural when it’s like a conversation rather than a lecture.
Structurally: I organize explanations logically—start with an overview, break it down, highlight key points, and then build up complexity as needed.
With Adaptability: If someone doesn't get it the first time, I try a new angle—visuals, metaphors, real-life comparisons, or a different step-by-step breakdown.
