About Jesse
I am certified yoga instructor (200 hour YTT). I have a passion for teaching. I have dealt with depression and anxiety and turn to yoga for calm and relaxation, not to mention the amazing health benefits. I am excited for the opportunity to broaden the base I am able to teach and help.
