I use practice sessions, a lot of practice sessions, and have various techniques to present any statement in public depending on the crowd, mood, aesthetic, setting, context, etc. that I have myself felt comfortable with. I consider myself somewhat of an expert in helping relieve stage fright and boosting confidence (having myself faced with these challenges before) based on teachings of my mentors.
