I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Illinois State University! I am middle school endorsed and and certified to teach grades K-8.
I have been teaching middle school grades for seven years. I am passionate about my job and there's nothing else I would rather do!

I use a student centered approach when working with students. At the first initial meeting, I will assess skills the student has mastered as well as what areas the student needs support. Based on this feedback, as well as feedback from teachers and parents, I will provide lessons and instruction that meet the needs of my students. I regularly assess students to track progress and and to help guide instruction.
I will teach evidence based strategies and techniques the students can use to become independent learners.
You will receive regular feedback from me on your student's progress.
