About Emily Rose
I am fascinated with the natural world, from botanical drawing to mindful life drawing. Medicinal plant knowledge to mindful forest bathing.
Being creative is essential for wellbeing, and being a creative is a great tool to use to find peace.
I have taught mindful life drawing for other 8 years in sussex UK, and online, I also practice as a creative nutritionist and bodyworker - bringing a toolkit of relaxation to my clients.
