About Edward
I am a Modern History student from London, currently studying Modern History at the University of St Andrews in Scotland. I have a younger brother who I am very close with, meaning that I am used to dealing with children. I am very passionate about sports and I am an active member of my University's football and tennis. I also love music and I have played the piano and violin since age 5. I love to teach as well!

With three years of experience tutoring at an 8+ and 11+ level, I am an adaptable, personable and patient Modern History undergraduate eager to guide the next generation of young students. I pride myself on achieving academic excellence (with 11 A*s at GCSE, 3 A*s at A-Level and 2 ABRSM Diplomas with Distinction on the piano and violin) through hard work and effective organisation and I confident that I can convey these values to my students. As a tutor, I hold myself to high standards of preparation and communication, ensuring that I am able to instil confidence and knowledge to my students!
I am most comfortable tutoring English, Maths, Verbal and Non-Verbal reasoning at an 11+ level, although I have a lot of flexibility in this region!
