About Claire

I am currently undertaking a PhD is Sociology at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. I have worked in the higher education sector for the past 7 years teaching in Australia and abroad. I have a lot of experience teaching international students and ESL students. In 2019 I went to China as part of a 2 week teaching program in the Guangdong Province. Whilst there I worked with primary and secondary school English Teachers, helping them to improve their English.

My academic background consists of a Masters of Communication from Griffith University and a Bachelor of Business from Victoria University.

About the lesson

My teaching method is flexible and collaborative. Firstly, we will discuss how you best learn and I will structure lessons to accommodate your learning style. We will then continually evaluate your progress and adjust the lessons accordingly. It is important that you feel inspired to learn so creating an environment catered to your learning needs is important!
