About Kuma
Welcome! My name is Paola Perin, and I am a certified yoga teacher trained in India, where I completed over 300 hours of study in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Ashtanga. I’ve been dedicated to the practice of yoga since 2015, and my journey has been guided by experienced teachers and a deep personal connection to the transformative power of yoga.

I blend Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, and Yin Yoga—ranging from gentle to powerful, depending on the energy and intention of the class. I love to focus on breath awareness (pranayama), connecting mindful movement with deep presence. My classes are designed to move your body, calm your mind, and support your rhythm. All levels are welcome—just bring your breath!
