About Charlie
I have been practicing Thai Boxing and Boxing for 7 years now. I also practice powerlifting and have done for nearly 8 years now. I love them both! I have been coaching people for years to become the strongest versions of themselves.
All EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED by me. I just need you to turn up in your own training clothes and a willingness to push yourself and have fun!

I help teach people of all levels but mostly complete beginners, from the absolute fundamentals of both boxing and kickboxing up to combinations and even sparring. Boxing for many is a great way to get fit but whilst learning a fantastic new skill.
