About Glenn
I am a keen Martial Artist with a history of different styles of Martial Arts. I started at the age of 8 training in different styles, unfortunately I had an operation on my knee at a young age which forced me to quit the competition scene. I currently run a Muay Thai Club which is predominantly for children. I am a friendly person who will pay attention, encourage and give you advice to help you succeed in your goals.

Muay Thai fitness focuses on the cardio system, strength and conditioning. Sessions last for 1 hour and are presented by a highly skilled Muay Thai instructor who has had over 20 years' experience. The sessions are for anyone from beginner to advanced at any age.
