About Maximo
I am a certified Yoga instructor, meditation teacher, and crystal sound healing practitioner. My focus is on guiding my students and clients to optimum holistic health. As we restore the body and bring the mind to stillness we allow our systems to reboot, stating fresh! My classes are focused on the breath and body awareness. I adapt myself to the level of the practitioner, finding the best fitting sequence for him/her intending to release all tension and achieve an integral state of wellbeing.

Depending on the style the student would choose, I adapt my knowledge to his/her choice. During a Hatha class, we follow the traditional style starting with the sun salutation series and moving through the practice in a slow flow holding postures for a certain amount of breaths. During a Flow class, we would move faster through the practice while releasing blockages and engaging the body, this class looks more like a dance! During a Yin class, we focus on restoring the body and quieting the mind holding postures for longer periods of time giving ourselves a chance to fully relax. All classes lead to expanded joy and clarity!
