About Andrew
I'm a student graduating this summer with a Bachelor's degree in Music! I've played trombone since 2010 and tuba since 2011. I began teaching some private lessons in high school, but my skill set in performing and teaching has grown exponentially since then.
I made the Washington State All-state band on tuba my junior year of high school, and the NAfME All-Northwest Jazz band on Trombone my senior year. I marched with the Columbians of DCI's open class from 2014-2016 and have a total of 9 seasons of combined Marching Band/Drum Corps experience.

I prefer to teach methods through music, allowing what's in the different sections of the music to teach techniques. I also typically supplement with method and technique books or etudes to re-establish the skills needed for the student. I'd be willing to teach any beginning brass player, or any advanced student on either trombone or tuba (as that's where I'm more qualified.)
