About Mateus
My name is Mateus, I am a multi-instrumentalist, producer and songwriter.
I have a music production recording and composition degree from Pulse College at Windmill Lane.
I was born and raised in Brazil moved to Ireland in 2019.
I have experience performing live and as a studio musician.
I play a wide range of styles, from folk-blues to bossa nova and samba, jazz, rock, country, to name some.
I also have a deep understanding of music theory.
My classes are catered to the students and I like to work with the students goals in mind.

I like to cater my lessons to the students desire, I cover a range of subjects and styles from classical, acoustic or electric guitar, playing classical pieces, folk, country or blues, rock, jazz and soul. I also teach applied music theory (intervals, chord formation, scales, modes, etc.), guitar rhythms, different guitar tunings, picking and fingering techniques, ear training and more.
Lessons will be 50 minutes long.
Lessons for all ages and levels.
