About Christian
As I previously mentioned, I am an artist myself and regularly release music. I have been through every hurdle imaginable as a producer from writers-block, issues with complex techniques as well as figuring out things like branding and marketing.
A teacher should be someone who not only tells you how to do something, but can also confidently do it there and then!
I am an easy-going teacher and have my finger on the pulse in what's currently popular in music but equally can teach traditional techniques if required.

As a music technology lecturer who incorporates everything from songwriting, music-theory, sound-design, arrangement, mixing and mastering into their lessons at a BTEC/A Level (Key Stage Level 3-4) 16s+ college, I try to teach in a way that meets the students' current level whilst working towards their ambitions as a producer.
I am also a professional dance music producer with releases on established labels such as Buygore, Subsidia, Bassweight, Emengy, Odio and more.
My lessons generally vary from 1-2hrs depending on what the student would like to cover and in how much depth.
I am a fully qualified teacher and have a Masters degree in Electronic Music Composition at UWL. I have 10+ years experience in songwriting, having worked in multiple recording studios as well as teaching at various facilities. I am also DBS checked and first-aid trained (just in case you were to study in person with me!).
My lessons are for ages 12+ yrs and I cover all experience levels. Preferably, students who have a strong passion for music/music technology.

I had been wanting to do music production for a long time but I never had the confidence and felt it was something that was beyond my capabilities.
Being a complete beginner with music production, I reached out to Christian who has been brilliant. He has taken his time to find out about me and my music interest to tailor the lessons to suit me at my pace, also explaining what equipment and which DAW would be best suited to me before buying.
If you are thinking of starting music production or looking to improve your skills I couldn't recommend Christian enough!Chris has been super helpful and patient with my production skills, I am much more confident now. I had been learning from youtube for months and thought i’d give one to one a go, I should have done it sooner!
Great tutor, definitely recommend! Christian was my music teacher at college a few years back. Not only did he help me achieve a Distinction but also massively helped me progress as a music producer. Recently I decided to take up 1-1 tuition with Chris to further improve my skills. It’s been really beneficial so far. If you’re like me and struggle to stay focused or motivated. Chris has really helped me find direction and keep things moving forward.
I came to Christian after listening to his music as "Baerli", where I wanted to learn a similar style of music to him. Christian literally taught me more about music production in two hours than me learning on my own in a month - and was better priced than any other teacher I've ever had. I highly recommend getting a lesson from him.

I’ve been receiving lessons from him for about 2 months and I’ve broken through a lot of barriers with my music, learned how to synthesize heavy bass sounds and really helped with composing.
