About Charlotte

My name is Charlotte and I am currently taking A Levels in maths, chemistry and biology with the long term goal of studying a dentistry degree at university.
I am eager to help young students with STEM subjects, this is a particular passion of mine and I would love the opportunity to help others enjoy these subjects like I do.
After previous experience teaching young children gymnastics and tutoring my peers during my GCSEs, I am confident in my ability to teach others and adapt my lessons and explanations varying on individual knowledge and preferences.

About the lesson

I am teaching GCSE maths, biology and chemistry at foundation or higher level.
Lessons can be from 45 minutes to an hour and a half.
I have previous experience teaching children and strong GCSE, AS level results and I am predicted 3 A stars at A Level.
After tutoring peers during my own GCSEs and having great feedback I am confident I can teach the GCSE spec to a high quality.
I will start with a baseline test and adapt lessons specific to the individual’s needs and weaknesses areas.
Lessons will tend to be split into half an hour teaching, and half an hour doing related questions, however I am happy to adapt teaching styles to personal preference.
