About Elias
I'm Elias Madison, a former age-group qualifier and certified level 1 coach. My lessons are calm, watchful, and built around your next meet or race date. You will receive a short stroke clip with voice notes every few weeks. I am patient, encouraging, and genuinely proud when your times drop. Your efficiency and race day confidence drive my coaching.

I analyze your body roll and kick width during a slow fifty-yard warm-up before offering corrections. A typical session includes dry-land resistance bands, kickboard sets for hip drive, pull buoy drills for shoulder alignment, descending interval training, and wall push-off practice. My specialty is improving stroke efficiency and reducing oxygen waste. My students include 7‑ to 16‑year‑old club swimmers, high school team members, summer league racers, and adults training for sprint triathlons.
