My name is Tamara I have been practicing Mixed Martial Arts for over 10 years. I am creating this ad because I would love to teach young girls/ women self defence in a comfortable environment.

About Tamara
I have been practicing boxing ( along with other forms of self defence) for over 10 years. Being a young female I am familiar with constantly being underestimated despite boxing better than most males in classes. I believe it is very important for young girls/ women to learn self defence as well as take part in exercise for physical and mental health.

I want to teach young girls/ women how to box in a safe and comfortable environment as when I was learning how to box I used to feel very uncomfortable as there was never any other girls. My teaching method is starting from the basics ( such as learning the right stance) as well as how to properly warm up, stretch, cool down, the right technique and how to skip on a skipping rope.
