About Ana
I am an architect living and working in the UK. I have over the years also taught friends and friends of friends basic Portuguese with bespoke lessons to fit their purpose. Most of my students went on holidays and wanted to learn Portuguese so they could at least get by and be independent. I am passionate about people and relationships and would love to teach you this fun Latin based language!

I base my teaching on the specific needs of my students. My methodology includes basic Portuguese with emphasis on the pronunciation. It is rather important to pronounce correctly and be understood than try to speak and no one understands, this generates frustration and students can then lack motivation. So I have a focus on pronunciation from day 1.
