About Ruby

Hi there! I’m a 15-year-old American high school student and a native Chinese speaker. I use both Chinese and English daily. As a student myself, I know how to make lessons interesting. I’m passionate about sharing Chinese in an engaging way and take this tutoring role seriously. Whether you are a beginner or want to improve, I’ll make sure our lessons are helpful and enjoyable.

About the lesson

My teaching is all about making Chinese fun and relatable. We’ll start with topics you love or need, like food, hobbies or culture. A typical lesson has a quick vocabulary introduction, then lots of conversation practice. I’m a native speaker and a student too, so I get how to explain things simply and keep lessons lively. These lessons are perfect for beginners who want to learn Chinese in a relaxed, stress free way.
