About Orla
My name is Órla and I am 25 years old. I am Irish, and currently living in Northern Ireland. I want to practice my learned teaching skills to help others. I understand what it can be like to learn a new language, as I have done, and continue to do! I have over two years of teaching experience, working as an English language assistant and English teacher in the south of Spain. I have great time management and organisational skills, and also work very well independently, creating activities and preparing lessons in good time. I have experience working with primary school students, 2 academic years as an English assistant in Spain, and 6 months teaching adults in an English academy.
My classes will be adapted to the needs of each student. We can have a casual chat before starting lessons properly to understand what each student wants to achieve in our sessions, may that be coversational Spanish/English or to prepare for a certain exam.
As an Irish girl who moved to a new country without much knowledge of the language, I fully understand the challenges you face when learning a new language, so let me help you improve your language skills and reach your full potential!
