About Em
My name is Emeraude, I grew up in Paris and then moved to Bordeaux. I did a Master's degree in Luxury that took me to Canada. Passionate by foreign cultures, I love travelling and meeting new people. Teaching is a great way for me to share my culture and to learn from others - yes, even as a tutor, tutoring makes me learn, each lesson is a different human experience!
I can help you improve your French in different ways such as:

Bonjour! Native French speaker, I always enjoyed tutoring and started 10 years ago when I was a student. I taught French from kids to adults including students sitting their French baccalauréat (French Litterature A-level).
I like to discuss with my students to create a tailormade programme that will fit their needs and respect their own pace. Patient, I see my classes as a moment that should be enjoyable for you. During this time, we can focus on specific technical points or simply have a French conversation depending on what your are looking for. I like sharing my culture and bringing anecdotes that usually help my students retain new information.

Perfect! Em is an excellent tutor.
She is patient and very intelligent and able to talk about a lot of topics.
She is passionate about helping others and explains things very well.
She is bubbly and fun which makes the lesson very enjoyable.- Paul is a positive person and it was really pleasant to spend an hour with him! He has a life plan that includes learning French. After just an hour, I can already tell Paul is motivated to learn French and will put effort into it (from having weekly lessons to doing homework).
