My name is Sehaj, I am from Hounslow, UK. Punjabi is my mother tongue — I speak, read and write Punjabi, Hindi and English fluently and perfectly.
Teaching Punjabi and Gurbani is not just work for me, it is my seva. I have been reading Gurbani since childhood and I teach with full respect and correct pronunciation.
I started these online classes because I saw many kids in UK, Canada and USA want to learn Punjabi and Japji Sahib but they can't find a teacher who gives personal attention. In Gurdwara classes there are 30 kids in one class. I teach in very small batches - only 4 kids max - so every child gets time to read.
I understand every child has different mental ability and speed, so I never give false guarantee. I assess each child honestly in a free demo and teach step-by-step with patience.
I teach from home on Zoom, so I can give flexible evening and weekend times for UK, Canada and USA students.

Online Punjabi & Gurbani Classes - Learn to Read, Write & Speak Punjabi with Gurbani Santhya
Sat Sri Akal! I am a native Punjabi teacher based in Hounslow, UK.
I teach:
• Punjabi Gurmukhi: 35 Akhar, Laga Matra, Bindi, Tippi, reading, writing, and speaking
• Gurbani Santhya: Japji Sahib, Jaap Sahib, Rehras, Sukhmani Sahib with correct pronunciation and slow, clear teaching
• Spoken Punjabi: For kids and adults who understand but can't speak fluently
Levels:
Level 1 - Beginner: Complete beginner, no Gurmukhi knowledge (2-4 months average)
Level 2 - Intermediate: Can read slowly, now learning fluent reading and sentences
Level 3 - Advanced Gurbani: Fluent reading with correct pronunciation
Every child learns at different speed, so I assess each student in a FREE 20-min demo class and place them in the right level. No false guarantees - just honest, step-by-step teaching.
Small batches - Only 4 students max - so every child gets personal attention. I also give homework and a progress update to parents every 2 weeks on WhatsApp.
