About Henry
Since I was a teenager, I’ve been a passionate language learner, studying with outstanding teachers of English, Portuguese, German, and French. Their influence sparked my dream of becoming a Spanish teacher abroad, and I continue to cultivate all my languages through lessons, films, reading, and travel. I am also a medical doctor, a background that taught me the value of academic discipline, empathy, and building community—principles I bring into every class. Languages mean a great deal to me because they open doors to real human connection, and I genuinely believe that through language learning we can create a more understanding and connected world. That vision guides everything I do as a tutor.
