I like to start with 15 minutes of conversation to assess the level and improve pronunciation. Then it is important to introduce the pronouns and develop the vocabulary. Classes are developed with activities, games and exercises to make learning easier.
I teach both beginners and people who are fluent in Spanish and want to improve conversation.
