About Ritik
Myself Ritik Sheoran
I started practicing yoga in 2015 when i was a NCC cadet. At that time first international yoga day was celebrated and our group was a part of it from there i learned yoga and till date i am practicing it, yoga helps me a lot to get physically fit i lost about 25 kGs of unhealthy fat and it also helped me a lot in improving focus and concentration.
Right now i am pursuing my graduation.

We'll start with mobilization of the whole body with some easy and effective mobility moves, then we'll practice our yoga moves first sitting practices and then standing practices, then there will be a suryanamaskar session and at last we'll end our session with a 15 minutes of meditation to increase brain power, concentration and focus.
