About Dayton
I am a recent graduate of the University of Miami with a BA in Theater Arts and a minor in American Sign Language. My love for the performing arts brought me to ASL, where I have been storytelling and interpreting for years. In high school, I interpreted school assemblies and became the interpreter for my co-worker at my church, who was Deaf. Now, I find much fulfillment in helping others with their ASL classes! As an actor myself, I found ASL to be another medium in which I could express myself fully by creating stories. It is a visual art that is fascinating to study. I am constantly working to learn new signs and want students who have the same drive as me. My experience makes me well-equipped to help you ace your ASL classes :)
