About Ekaterini
Hello! I'm a Registered Nurse and Nurse Clinician with experience in community health and acute care, including hematology-oncology. I am also pursuing a Master's degree in Advanced Nursing at McGill University, where I am involved in nursing research and have worked as a Teaching Assistant.
My clinical, academic, and teaching experiences have given me a strong foundation in health sciences and a passion for making complex concepts easier to understand. I enjoy helping students connect what they learn in the classroom to real-world clinical practice.
I understand that everyone learns differently, and I strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. My goal is to help students build confidence, strengthen their critical thinking skills, and succeed in their studies!

My tutoring approach is personalized, interactive, and focused on helping students develop a strong understanding of complex concepts.
I begin by identifying each student's learning goals, strengths, and areas for improvement. Lessons typically involve reviewing key concepts, breaking down challenging material into manageable steps, and applying knowledge through practice questions, clinical scenarios, and guided discussions. I also provide support with academic writing, including essay structure, critical analysis, and scientific communication.
My lessons are primarily intended for undergraduate nursing students and students taking foundational health science courses, including pathophysiology and pharmacology. Sessions are adapted to individual learning styles, course requirements, and academic goals, whether preparing for exams, completing assignments, or strengthening clinical reasoning skills.
