About Oliver
I've worked in lots of restaurants and as a development chef for places such as Deliciously Ella. I'm a nutritional chef and teacher at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and Made In Hackney with a strong interest in nutrition who loves to create highly nutritious, beautiful dishes that reflect my passion for seasonality, sustainability and original flavours.
