I have a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Nutrition, a Diploma in Diabetes Education and I am also a certified by World Obesity Federation as an Obesity Professional Educator.
I have been a non-stop student in the health and nutrition field for 10 years now and a practicioner for almost 5 years. I have a deep interest in helping others improve their health and health related quality of life.

I enjoy building a therapeutic relationship based on mutual respect, trust and empathy to have a better understanding of my clients needs and come up with creative solutions. I believe this is very important in order to develop healthy lifestyle prescriptions and recommendations.
