About Carl
I gained my Level 3 personal training qualification through Nike Training Camp and currently working with Nike through some projects across the UK. I have been actively competing in Muay Thai for a year now and also been teaching Thaiboxing classes.

My classes start with shadowboxing. If youre new to Thaiboxing, do not worry I will guide you throughout your shadowboxing. Teach you the correct footwork, execution of strikes, defences and counters.
The session is then followed by 3-5 rounds of padwork where the student learns the technique correctly. I strongly believe in building the correct technique especially with the basics and so the basics are drilled a lot until it becomes natural.
The session is then followed by a finisher workout which is either HIIT, Strength and conditioning or ab work , depending on the personal programme I have designed for you.
We then finish off the session by stretching
