Wellness is my priority and also my passion. Vinyasa is my favorite form of yoga to teach and to practice. I also hold degree in Ayurveda, certifications in pranayama, meditation and yoga therapy. My classes cater to mind, body and soul… the motto of Yoga.

Yoga works on your body, mind and soul. Since everyone has unique bodies and mind, I offer customized yoga classes based on individual’s physical and mental needs. Usually the full class is one hour long which includes asanas, pranayama/breathing, meditation and yoga nidra. I also offer 30 and 45 minutes long classes, which can be customized as needed.
