With clients from all over the globe, I have a wealth of experience in antenatal, postpartum, and therapeutic yoga teaching.
I provide personalized sessions for expectant mothers, new mothers, and those who are ill.

In addition to yoga, I take a comprehensive approach to your entire health. The lessons also cover pranayama, meditation, food, and lifestyle modifications.
Problem areas are considered when planning sessions. stress and other pregnancy-related issues for the expectant mother's body. Preparation is done for a normal birth.
