I am a professional dance choreographer from Beijing Dancing Academy. I am passionate about bringing happiness through dance therapy and stretch class. I have a series of very effective and safe exercises for neck, shoulder, back, and hip pain relief. The specific stretch lesson (Dance Therapy) I offer is to help relieve neck, shoulder, back, and hip pain. It is safe and effective. I had severe neck and shoulder pain before due to long time sitting playing the piano, but after doing those specific exercises, I have managed to be pain-free most of the time! I have a valid ABN and am fully insured. I also can teach you Qigong shibashi, chair yoga, general fitness.
