About Jack
I have been giving 1-to-1 lessons for around five years. I have taught absolute beginners and trained them up to a competitive level. One of my clients originally came to learn how to defend themselves. Now, he is competing in amateur boxing.
Confidence is everything! And I want to help anyone lacking in this department to gain confidence in themselves. I know what it's like to have lived with low self-esteem. It can often have a very negative impact on other aspects of life.
My mission is to get you to a good place both mentally and physically... to believe in yourself.
I am a freelancer (and boxer), with 10+ years of experience in boxing with more than 20 official matches.
I have trained and fought in Kent and Manchester (UK). I have also lived, trained, and fought overseas in the Netherlands.
I am experienced in both orthodox and southpaw styles and can train you in your style of preference.

I can train you from the ground up in boxing or help you to reach that next level in your boxing career.
My class incorporates a hybrid of different disciplines like body breath and combines it with boxing and fitness. Classes will differ according to ability, experience, and preference.
A typical 1-to-1 session will usually involve breathwork, footwork, mini-circuits, boxing, and pad work.
Our sessions will be held at the Superhero Fitness gym in Trimley. You will have access to heavy and light punch bags, punch mitts, boxing gloves, weights, and fitness utilities.
I will assess your strengths and goals to design a custom training plan to help you set obtainable goals and surpass them.
I will be catering specific content material for you to start building on your self-confidence and belief systems.
A positive mindset is vital to leading a healthy, optimistic, and successful life. It is my mission to provide you with the necessary tools to go out there and start living in alignment with your inner desires.
