About Topaz
I love to pass the joy of movement, fitness and dance to my students in a fun but focused way. I like to make sure we cover all aspects of fitness as much as we can while having fun. I look forward to working with you!

I trained at Canada's National Ballet School, Canada's Royal Winnipeg Ballet School and Arts Umbrella's post secondary dance program. I have performed professionally as a dancer internationally in Canada, Europe, the US and Mexico. I have been teaching dance alongside my performing career for 12 years, and am also a certified Pilates instructor. I mainly teach teenagers and adults, but do also sometimes teach younger children if they are very focused. I usually do one hour classes, depending on the needs of the student.
