I follow hybrid teaching methodology, mostly with "Facilitator" and "Delegator" style of teaching. By this methodology self-learning and critical thinking skills are developed among students and they retain knowledge that leads to self-actualization. I always hold the attention of the students by engaging them in various activities. It is never a monologue session, consequently the students never get bored.
